For churches that order two-sided printing, we offer mailing services. This provides a turnkey solution for churches. You will have a partner that will make the entire mailing process simple and easy. Order standard size cards (not EDDM) to use this service.

Starting with your church location, we will send you a map of the surrounding area and work with you to choose the best routes to receive your postcards.  Once you have chosen the area you'd like to target, we will address and sort your mailing and deliver it to our Post Office here. Any overage can be shipped to you for your use there as handouts. We can even take your existing prospect list and merge it into your mailing.

Use our permit for nonprofit postage pricing

If you have a bulk mail permit, there is no further paperwork necessary in order to pay nonprofit postage using our permit. If you don't have a mailing permit, you can still use ours. It requires that you go to your post office and fill out some paperwork that gives us authorization to mail non-profit on your behalf. It doesn't cost anything for this paperwork, and once it's done, we can mail for you anytime in the future.

Costs for the mailing service are $0.19 per piece for postage and processing, plus any list cost. (the list cost starts at $50 for up to 5000 addresses)

** Please note - starting in E25, Peachtree Mailing will not be able to offer processing using your bulk permit - there have been too many shipping issues such as missing or damaged boxes of postcards in recent years. Most churches that have been utilizing that option will not see much, if any, cost increase.**
